create a segment for Alia subscribers

  1. Go to the Customers tab in Shopify.
  2. Click the search bar filter by the field create_by_app_id. Type to filter for Alia.
  3. Run the query and save the segment.
  4. Use this segment in Seguno newsletters or automations to target visitors who engaged with your brand via Alia.

💡 Tip: You can also tag Alia participants or segment based on engagement type (e.g. content completed, reward unlocked) for more personalized follow-up.
