how it works

  1. Install the Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program from the Shopify App Store
  2. Configure your Smile.io app
  3. Navigate to Shopify Flow 
  4. Select Create workflow, then Select trigger
  5. Select the trigger for your use case (Order created, Customer Subscribed, etc.)
  6. Click the + next to Then and select Action
  7. Click Smile.io, then Send Smile activity
  8. Click the + next to Then and select Action
  9. Click Seguno Email, then Send email marketing
  10. Customize the template for the email, then click Save
  11.  Return to the workflow and click Turn on workflow

how to use the Shopify Flow template

  1. Install the Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program from the Shopify App Store
  2. Download the flow template using the "download Shopify Flow for Smile and Seguno" button above
  3. Open the Flows app in your Shopify store
  4. Click the Import button on the top right of the page
  5. Click Add Files in the popup and select the downloaded .flow file
  6. Click Upload once the file uploads
  7. Select the new Flow from the list
  8. Click the Edit button in the top right
  9. Customize the steps as needed to select emails and other customizations
